As a Corporate Social Responsibility, NTDC has planned a 06 week Paid Summer Internship Program - 2019 like-wise previous years from 01 ^st July, 2019 to 09^th August, 2019 in NTDC Headquarter Lahore and other NTDC sub offices Located at Islamabad, Multan, Hyderabad, Peshawar, Rawat & Faisalabad. On successful completion of internship program and after passing the Final Assessment Test students will be awarded Internship Completion Certificate alongwith stipend amounting Rs.5000/- for 06 Weeks Internship. Orientation session will be of two days, which will cover a quick review of NTDC functions and its working by respective heads.

NTDC is very dedicated in providing an outstanding learning, educational and fun experience to our interns. The "Internship Program in which the interns will be challenged and educated from the beginning of the internship to the completion. This internship program will be unique and all students will gain valuable experience which will help them to translate their knowledge into practical work because our internship program is designed to provide interns with a "hands on" experience.

Please be informed that this time NTDC have taken almost 450 Interns from 45 Top Pakistan Universities which is a huge increase as compared to last years.

INSTRUCTIONS / GUIDELINES:

a. Preferred Location for Internship

The Interns are required to must visit NTDC website http://www.ntdc.com.pk and enter their University Registration No / ID in given space and select priority-wise preferred location / station where they want to do internship by 23^rd June, 2019. They must also enter their Mobile Number for contact purpose. NTDC reserves the right to allocate students to any other location other than their preferred one as per requirement.

b. Arrival / Reporting

The Interns are required to report to Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager (HR&A) NTDC at NTDC reporting office as informed through NTDC website http://www.ntdc.com.pk or SMS on 01.07.2019 at 08:30 A.M. Late comers shall not be accommodated.

c. Boarding / Lodging / Transport facilities

Boarding/Lodging/Transport facilities shall not be provided .

d. Discipline

Internship/Training demands self-discipline, commitment, concentration and complete attention towards their assignments. Therefore, punctuality and discipline should be observed in true spirit during the training.

e. Leave

The Interns are required full time availability for internship. No ordinarily leave shall be allowed to any participant during the Internship except on emergency basis or special circumstances. If a student is absent for two days without prior intimation/sanction of leave, he/she will not be allowed to continue his/her Internship.

f. Dress

During Internship, following dresses are allowed:-

i. Kameez Shalwar with Waist Coat & Kameez Shalwar with Dupatta for Ladies.

ii. Pant and Shirt with Necktie

iii. Safari Suit

iv. Coat and pant with Necktie.

Note : Jeans and T-Shirts will not be allowed.

g. Mobile Phones & Smoking

Use of mobile phones and smoking during internship are strictly prohibited.

h. Assessment Test

On completion of Internship, a written test will be conducted to assess the theoretical as well as practical knowledge of interns.

i. Termination of Internship

Internship with NTDC is "at-will" of the company, which means that NTDC Company may terminate Internship at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.

j. Confidentiality of Information

Interns may have access to trade secrets and confidential business information belonging to the Company. Interns must keep all of this information strictly confidential, and refrain from using it for their own purposes or from disclosing it to anyone outside the Company.
